I just onboarded my wife to trainerroad. She got at new hometrainer (Kickr core 2) on 1/12-25. The old one was over reading by a lot, and that is messing up the AI FTP.
So I would like to delete all rides prior to 1/12-25. How do I do that?
support@trainerroad.com will probably be able to sort that fast The only way I’d know to do it is a laborious one by one method, I would think they could batch edit.

I can’t find it in browser but in the app there should be a reset training data option, which will delete all history.
Just note that this will mean that there is no data for the ai at all and for ftp detection, they will need to do 10 workouts to feed that to get it after doing some sort of ftp test. Which really if they are relying solely on the power from a trainer should be done anyway after a switch, like you are discovering.
in settings on the web…. i’d contact support first though
