Hi Everyone,
I was listing to TR podcast looking at my current plan and what’s coming up. I checked my profile and now see that my next payment in Feb 2026 will go from $129 to $141.58. My understanding that pricing was fixed at the time of subscribing. I scrolled through the recent threads and didn’t see anything.

Really can’t explain it but I’m one of those who willingly went off of grandfather pricing. $141.58 is a strange number though….

Tax maybe? Do you have a 9.75% state/local sales tax?
The answer is taxes.
Grandfathered pricing? I’ve had an uninterrupted subscription since 2019 and my annual price has regularly increased. WTF?
Don’t reopen that old can of worms 
@JasonO, as @Oremoose and others have mentioned, this is due to taxes TrainerRoad is legally required to collect in some states as of January 13th, 2023.

@BlueHeron. Back then, in 2010, Nate did a pricing for beta athletes and promised that group not to raise prices if they kept the subscription active. 2 years ago, there was an opt-in price increase. This video goes over it. I’ve checked your account and can confirm you’re not one of those Legacy athletes.

Thanks everyone for the clarification. Through additional online searching I found my historical transactions in TR account settings and that also helped!
