Upload Run and Swim workouts from Garmin/Strava to TR calendar (Feature Request)

I am using using a TR triathlon plan and would like to know how to upload the strava run or swim workout from my garmin on to the TR calendar? Just like when you complete an outside ride or bike workout that uploads to strava or Garmin connect, it would then show in TR. I would then have previously “assigned” this as the workout from the TR calendar. Thanks Edited by Chad: Add links to the official release topic & new support article, released Aug 9, 2022.
