Indoor Performance Aids. What all do you use?

I’m loving seeing all the different set ups ya’ll have.

Are people using Zwift in controllable mode or is TR controlling your trainer? I’ve just started on my indoor cycling “journey” with two training sessions under my belt. For both I’ve had Zwift on in the background and NOT controlling my trainer. However it seems a bit silly because I can go up hills on Zwift at different speeds than what it would be if controlled by Zwift.

Is there a way to do TR workouts but still have the trainer controlled by Zwift? Interested to understand the different options. Perhaps it depends on the workout type too?
