Indoor HIIT then weight lifting

Recently been doing indoor HIIT into zone 4/5 stuff and straight after lifting with Hex bar weights 85kgs (i weight 78kgs) 4 reps x 4. Feel good during and after also next day. Is there anything fundamentlay wrong with this practice?

Ride 15000km/yr aged 65, 183cm/78kgs. Cycle 5 days week regular average speed 29/30kmh on hilly roads, have 1 to 2 gym sessions per week on top of cycling. FTP is around 260.
