"In-workout" live add section to workout option

Very often while doing a workout i wish there was a hot-button for adding a section to my workout. Just like we have the option to extend spin down towards the end of the workout.

This could be needing an extra break mid-workout, or adding a sprint finish section on the final interval to simulate a race scenario.

With a few easy clicks you could decide the duration, intensity and start time of the custom section.

For instance 3 easy clicks on a drop down menu:

  1. When do you want the section to start: 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes

  2. What intensity of FTP: 50, 80, 100, 120, 150, 200, 300

  3. What duration: 15 sec, 30 sec, 1 minute, 2 minute, 4 minute,
