Importing a ride from Strava (if set to private)

Hi,
Help needed if possible? If I’ve set strava to private, my rides don’t come through to TR. Is there a manual entry or way around this? Thanks

Try exporting the ride from Strava, and import manually into TR.

Hi,
I have got my strava to automatically sync but when I have recently set strava to ‘private’ they no longer sync TR. How can I do manual import to TR (from strava). I couldn’t find that on the help section. Thanks

Did you review the “Manually Import Your Rides” section in the link I provided?

That animated GIF shows the process to import in TR.
The only thing missing is exporting from Strava as your first step.

Here’s the GIF explaining how to do that. You’ll have to get to Past Rides - TrainerRoad and then click the “Import Rides” button.
