I have a pair of S-Works 7 that I bought in 2019/2020, I think. Apart from a few cosmetic issues, the shoes perform perfectly β except the velcro of the bottom laces no longer sticks to the bottom.
Is there a way to replace them? Or is there perhaps another solution? The shoes have plenty of life left in them.
A shoe repair shop will very likely be able to replace it. They used to be very common but are harder to find nowadays. You could try replacing it yourself by hand sewing. Usually itβs just the loop part (fuzzy), not the hook part that needs replacing. .

I cut the Velcro off - both the strap and the receiving Velcro by unstitching it.
The torch gen 1 is basically a s works 7 without the Velcro (boas in v similar place).
Shoe is a lot more comfortable with better splay for my toes, same retention, lighter, and looks better.
