How do I use Planbuilder to set up a polarized plan?

Cross country skiing in the Copper Country Michigan winters for the win

I disagree. I think Polarized plans are needed. They have already modified them once. I actually lost my plan for a bit and added a new plan and then the old plan came back after a while. I ended up deleting both plans and just started over. I think they will use what they learn from the polarized plan and keep updating them. Maybe with AT at some point.

Makes sense, many of the Low Volume plans have primarily 2 difficult days and 1 moderate, or 2 moderate with 1 difficult (there are a couple exceptions with 3 difficult), and it really depends on how many other days you’re supplementing with endurance rides (ie its not really a POL plan unless you’re doing a good amount of z2 the rest of the week). So will it ultimately be more taxing for you work in a lot more z2 volume, or to incorporate ‘moderate’ workouts along with those 2 difficult? Totally up to you, what you can take on load wise is very individualistic, and will take some trial and error on your part to see how you feel!
