Hey all, I’m curious to know if integration of polarized plans in plan builder are on the roadmap and if there is a chance to have different types of workouts within the alternates from the polarized plans.
For example I’ve scheduled polarized build with the intent of increasing my vo2max power, after completion of my base phase. My intention is to create a progression with 3-4-5 minuters 1 day a week and with longer suprathreshold the other interval day of the week, filling the rest with z2. Actually the polarized plan offers only 2 and 4 minuters as vo2 max workout, and 8-12-16 minuters as threshold workouts. It could be useful to expand the workouts choice as alternates, without the need to delete the scheduled one and manually adding the desired from the library.
