I’ve got a set of 404 Firecrest wheels. There’s a hole in the rim - the only reason I can think of is drainage but I’m wondering if others have this?
Yes, I do have it on both 404FC and 303FC. And yes, that is the purpose of the hole. In the past I had other deep section wheels and when riding in the rain, more often than not water somehow ended up swooshing around in the tin with no easy to escape. I won’t buy anymore rims without a hole…
