@didierbr don’t worry about your weight, my friend. I say that in the sense when you eat right and hit TR hard, the pounds will shred. Lots of good literature out there. Look at the books by Matt Fitzgerald. Long story short, I cut 20 pounds in prep for a mountain ride (paved on my road bike). His basic premise is: eat everything. Don’t diet. Listen to your body.
