could you provide which sauna you got from Amazon? I saw a couple yt videos that said not to get a steam or infrared sauna but they all seem to steam or IR. I’m starting to wonder I should get $150ish steam saunas and just place a space heater in them to get to 175°. Thanks in advance
I don’t have the model handy, but cheap generic infrared. I do use a space heater, but most have safety and thermal shut-off’s so smallest one you can find.
