According to the workout description Juneau -1 includes “1-minute intermediate recoveries during each long interval”, but when you look att the graphs it’s 2 minute breaks. So, has this been changed recently and why?

It has changed. Just as @bergmanus indicates. They have taken the 1 minute ramp in front of the interval away and extended the intermediate break from 1 to 2 minutes.

Not sure if I like this change as the purpose is to build up strength endurance to be able to complete longer durations att SS-level.
