Right now I’m on GB LV and feel like I could add some volume sometimes but don’t want to commit to MV yet. Is it fine to add some of the extra workouts that are part of MV for that same week when I feel like I could take more for a given week.
I understand that by doing this Im breaking the slow weekly TSS increase built within the program. Is this a bad thing or I should still ser benefit from the added workouts on the long run?? Any feedback would be appreciated.
