As the title suggests that is what I’m looking for here. I have always been discouraged from the outdoor workouts because of the screen profile on the edge 820 screen I have set it up as close to what TR blog has but it’s for the 830. I’m not about dropping money on new comp if this one still works perfectly. is there a workaround and better is there something that you have found that works better for this?
I use the 520, which I believe is pretty close. After trying a few things, I’ve settled on TR’s recommendation - time left in interval (from the Workout group), target power (hidden under Trainer), interval average power, and 3s power.
