Hi everyone …love TR (best system and knowledge base out there) …although I have been sidelined last couple of years with injuries looking forward to starting the program. I’m curious, what is considered a respectable FTP per kg for a 60 year old male non racing recreational cyclist. I have raced tri’s for many years but never road racing …did some time trials and short mountain bike races but all of that was over 15 years ago. Currently I am 126lbs/57.1 kg. Thanks…again great program in many ways!
