Hi TR,
Thoughts on a feature request:

With AI/ML it might be possible for TR to generate feedback on your recent training weeks - e.g. recommending areas for improvement (like consistency :joy:), or what you did well etc.

I second this. Just like 10 people will have 10 definitions of moderate, hard, or all out efforts, 10 people I guarantee will have 10 definitions of what consistency means.
