Feature Request - keyed entry for resistance setting on PC app and calculation of workout averages

It would be nice if I could just type the value for the trainer resistance instead of having to finesse a slider bar while leaning off the bike to work the device.

Additionally it would be really welcome if I could quickly calculate the average power across an interval or a whole workout such that when I am in build I can understand what a particular workout is going to net me in terms of 10 min power (for example)
