In the future we would like to integrate with Apple Health, but this isn’t scheduled to be worked on just yet. I will continue to pass on your interest to the team though!
In the meantime, as @WindWarrior helpfully suggested, RunGap should also work with Strava, if you don’t use a Garmin headunit.
