Contact support, it’s probably a dropout issue, they can diagnose and maybe know how to fix

this, although I assumed you had already done that. Thought I read somewhere that crank arm power meters on Shimano Hollowtech are more susceptible to strange readings depending on how the force is applied on the pedals. Do you have a 4iiii PM on Shimano Hollowtech crank arm?
