Ditching the saddle bag

i have a bumbag, i used it on the MTB and liked it, now use it on the roadbike too, rules be damned. It keeps my jersey pockets from being stuffed with heavy crap and means i can more easily get to my food.
I ditched the saddle bag because my legs would rub against it and it was wearing out my bibs.

I could not find much info on the SWAT 3d mounts and have an issue.
I purchased this

I have a Phenom saddle on the gravel bike.
The angle of the Varia is not 90* to the ground. This is causing 1 vehicle to appear as 2 in some cases. (See photo).
Is there a 3d mount that anyone has that would have a bevel that might straighten this out?

My family jewels are hurting just looking at that saddle angle. But to each their own.

I remember on Shapeways there were a few similar mounts to that with different angles to the mount itself. I’ll try to find it.

Edit: Oh man, I didn’t realize Shapeways went bankrupt.

The seat is actually parallel to the ground. It’s a bit deceiving just looking at the seat tube angle and the way the Varia is angled.

Yea, I think the Varia gets tilted because that saddle is designed to be have the nose lower than the rear. You might need a different style of attachment for that saddle angle.

I have this and it sits pretty dang level. My seat is tilted down at about .3 degrees (so very little). You can also choose different sizes if you want clearance for a tail bag. The mount I had prior had adjustable levels up & down. I’ll see if I can find it.

That’s one of the extra length. Can’t recall if it’s 20-30mm and my email search is being dumb. I’m pretty sure it’s 20mm.

There’s another arm, somewhere, that has a screw in the arm where you can adjust it up and down. I have one, and it worked fine, but didn’t need that extra adjustment and it seemed like another thing that could potentially break. I spent some time looking for it and came up empty handed. You may be able to find it on Etsy or through a general search for SWAT varia mounts.
