You are on it like scone aaaarg Donut :doughnut:
:rofl::rofl::rofl:

I haven’t done a dexa but would love to after this pandemic is over with. I know it’s not accurate, but on my Garmin scale I’ve gone from 28% to 12%.

Yeah 12% is about right. Good job.

Im going to jump into this thread. With Clovid I started slowly building to be able to do two a days - my interval session and a Petite style session 4-5 days a week. This has allowed me to burn my cals, I’m fuelling better than what I have done in the past (starving is my go to which doesn’t work if you want to train properly - a good tip there). I tend do 14-16hr fasts most days, and re introduce some good food.

With racing IRL possibly cancelled until 2021 Im going to use this time to try and lower my fat % and weight. Currently at 85-88. I would love to get down to 79 by January. Which would give me 4.3w/kg.

I am eating more rice and grains, tuna, around 200g of chicken per day, I rarely eat red meat. stay away from sodas, have sugarine instead of sugar in my coffee. Snack on ham, or an occasional slice of cheese.

I hate the scales, because I hate my weight.

Creatine will cause you to gain weight, via water
Based helps expand your glycogen stores, which in turn, means you will gain weight as well, via water.
Forget about your weight, focus on your shape. Measure inches and/or body fat.
If you can get some calipers, it is a good substitute to body fat scales, and it will show you if you’re going in the right direction.
Keep heart mate, it will happen!
