It danced around in about 10 watt range. Even with a power meter there are number variable (rest, nutrition, etc…).
but did your progress levels increase?
You can make the majority of your changes during the Plan Builder process for your entire plan, or afterwards with individual phases as needed.
- Step 6 specifically is the place where you can shuffle the workouts between days of the week. You can set your Hard days whenever you want and then fill in the spaces around those as desired.
