I already admitted to the reality above. Typical cases are that you can’t stack discounts, but seems to work right now. Just not the usual case is all.

Now that I logged in an have it in my cart, I see it at $600 as well.
I haven’t taken my REI one at $750 out of the box yet, so I’ll give this a go.
I completed the order at $600, so we’ll see what happens.

It’s $750 + tax at order confirmation, and I just blew $10 on a VIP membership. Seems dead to me. Yay, out $10.

Well, I guess it wasn’t a really deal then… I guess we’ll see if they honor it or not. This is one of those things that was really good, but not crazy - 40% off during November sales regularly happens.
I guess we’ll see.

LOL, well… I happen to have access to standard shop costing and employee purchase info… and know that the $600 shipped (excluding tax) would have been lower than any way I can buy one. So that “really good” deal was really unrealistic, IMHO.
I also question the 40% claim as I see 20-30% as common. I can’t say that I’ve seen that with products of this type, in the cycling world. There are exceptions, but those are usually limited to older models and other clearance items a shop wants gone. The Tacx Vortex double deal from yesterday is one of those examples. It was stupid cheap, but an older and lower level item.
The H3 is brand new and it made no sense to be lower than the already great 25% discount, that is common from a few vendors.

Almost ready to pull the trigger on the Assioma DUOs. Any good deals on them? Seem to be $649 shipped from Clever, and $632 shipped direct from Favero (although in the cart they are priced in Euros and then converted to US so I assume they ship from Europe)
Leaning towards buying from Favero since they will still come in time for my SSB2 ramp test, and I hear warranty issues are quicker resolved if you bought from them direct
Any other deals or discounts out there? Perhaps a coupon code for the Favero site?
Oh well we’ll see if they honor those that “got in on time” My email confirmation was for $599 and I already having a FEDEX tracking number.

I’m still just waiting patiently. I tried arguing (unsuccessfully) with CT that they should honor 20% off with VIP membership for these because “my membership is not a coupon” and the product page states that coupon deals do not apply to this product.
CT clearly states the 20% is for “One Full-Priced Item” on the site and all but one flyer I have received (that said “or Eligible Item” when the opened it up to five total items… but presumably still Full-Priced).
Their wording on the VIP page is pretty clear on the exclusions (see bold and gapped quotes for clarity). No real leg to stand on for stacking deals with the VIP, IMHO

They’ve refunded my membership at my request w/o any hassle, so no worries. Good customer service from CleverTraining, and I will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases… Glad for those that got the deal. I have an H3 that arrived this morning awaiting pickup from REI. I’m happy with the $750 price from there.
