I just moved to a different country, so this could be one reason. Then again, even bottled water gives me this distaste.

I guess I find I crave thing but I don’t give in if that makes sense. So I still eat a pretty much while food diet!
Fuelling early is tricky as I wanna do whole food such as bananas but fibre takes a while to digest.
Also main goal is gain weight as well as power as honestly probs a bit underweight even though my power is ok. So I guess just more if the good stuff until cravings go. Lots of EVOO when getting full!
How has your sleep pattern been since starting? I find that on the day that I get less than 6 hours of sleep my body is constantly looking for fast energy sources. Which then leads to the sugar crash cycle.
Yeah I do find this. I’ve come from a background of training a lot be it in a different sport (rock climbing) and know anything under 8 hours and I’m awful.
There are Somme really interesting studies that show just a couple of nights even one for some people of under 7 hours sleep makes you effectively pre diabetic for the day and unable to handle carbs well. Hence the cravings.
