I have a clear difference in FTP depending on the bike and the trainer or roller. Is there a way to set profiles so that depending what my setup is, I am using different FTP?

Sadly, no. There is no profile option for different equipment or conditions (inside/outside) etc. I think we have at least one existing Feature Request for them.

Very interesting. It is just not me. I guess if I get better at the trainer the difference will narrow.
