Another vote for King cages, never had a problem or lost a bottle.

I made the mistake of getting a used pair of the S-Works Rib Cages for my new gravel bike, thinking they’d be the same as the regular Rib Cage. Nope, no way those things are holding bottles in place when it gets bumpy. I’ll move them to my road bike and get some regular Rib Cages for gravel.
I have used the regular Arundel Sport cages on my road and gravel bikes for many years and never ejected a single bottle. Some are 7-8 years old and still hold my Camelbak bottles securely. It takes a pretty good tug to get bottles out. They are <$20 and often on sale for much less.

I use the Bontrager RLs. I have them on every bike and have never lost a bottle. Mountain, gravel, crashes… No issues. Even with the bottle placed haphazardly half in and I’ve had no issues.
Get the plain plastic ones though. The matte ones. The painted ones (or some sort of enamel?) wear out and/or chip.
Based on my experience (ymmv, imho, etc):
Zee: I have to stop pedaling while inserting/removing bottle; a bit annoying if you’re in a paceline (Leadville) or fast group. But good if you have no space. I have to aim the bottle in.
Rib cage: have to be more precise when inserting bottle. Not very forgiving if the angle is off. If I only had one bike with a rib cage and I ride that all the time perhaps I could get used to it. But I have to aim the bottle a bit into the cage when inserting. If you have a lot of interior room and can insert bottle straight in from top of cage, then perhaps you can do it without looking. I can’t as I use a swat box.
Tacx Ciro: like others have said it’s very snug. But I can easily insert bottle without looking at the cage. For me, this cage has been a huge improvement over the zee and rib. Going to try the Bontrager one.

I usually end up with Elite Resin based cages. IIRC anytime I’ve needed cages they’ve been circa 5g heavier than carbon for a bout a 1/4 of the price and come in more colours for the bike tart
