Hi - Last year on a visit to Bike Park Wales due to a booking error they were unable to loan me a bike. Instead they gave me a voucher refund. I know I won’t be able to use it, so anybody who wants it is welcome.
It’s a £45 gift voucher, a code, can be used for anything - bookings/hires/cafe etc on their website or at the place. It’s valid till 25 August 2019.
