It’s not really old tech. The difference from D1 to D2 is largely cosmetic and ergonomics of the levers. If that includes crank with power spider, cassette, chain, rotors, and battery (i.e. a full build kit) then it’s a good price. If it’s missing some of that stuff, then not so much.

Extremely hard to say without knowing proportions, flexibility, inside leg etc. I rode a 52 at 1m 77…

Anything from a 54 to a 58 could work. I’d either email Mason or consult a fitter.

I have a Gen 1 Force eTap AXS, and it is amazing. I would have gone with the XPLR rear derailleur if it had been announced at that time. According to the reviews, performance is essentially identical, they just changed the hood shape.

After hearing good things maybe I will take the Force D1 and give him my old stuff. :rofl:
