Anyone using a Whoop?

A strain of 13 in 20 minutes, in Whoop Coach’s defense, is a pretty intense workout. Albeit extremely short. :laughing:

This feature is fine. Playing with it a bit it is nice to add some context to some of my metrics and ask related questions. Example being “How do I gradually transition to an earlier wake up time” gave me a pretty useful answer.

If it tries to market itself as the next Humango or TR where I train based on strain then it is laughable. I think it adds some value to the app but obviously Whoop marketing it as the next big thing merits eye rolls.
