I use Assos Summer arm protectors they are perforated allowing air flow to the skin. When its uber hot like someone mentioned you don’t notice unless stop but when it’s really hot you dont notice the arm protecters. I have never felt uncomfortable will using them. Sun screen or Sun arm protectors are a worthwill investment.
