Anyone have kids using trainers?

We’ve got the KGs under control, but not the Ws


I think 80w is where his FTP would land, which 3.5w/kg isn’t bad. It is pretty funny to watch him throw his weight around to hit 110w. I figured he’d be able to lay down a 200w all out sprint, but I was very very wrong. For once, the podcast’s “focus on the power” advice makes some sense.
