Just wondering if people have field tested their AI FTP numbers? Post below if so, I don’t think mine is anywhere close to what I could do, and planning to test soon so that I have a pacing number for race season.

If people trained their “FTP” as hard as they argued what the definition of “FTP” is, they’d be winning Roubaix this weekend.

Nate has said that aiFTP is not an estimation of your FTP. I think his post clarified that.

If you execute all workouts exactly how the model wants you to then yes your aiFTP will be 268 in 20 days.

It is not an estimation, it is your FTP.

The ai model gives you your exact FTP, its not guessing like every other “test” does.

People need to stop questioning it.
