Any non-cyclists here that use TR purely for general health?

The fasted training is more a byproduct of the time I train. I don’t do it looking for a specific benefit.

That’s good. Just wanted to reiterate it cause some people get really caught up in it when they have a low training volume cause they feel it will squeeze the most juice out of the lower volume.

Fueling your morning workouts is definitely the way to go as it will lower your RPE, help control your appetite later in they day, and increase your performance during the workouts.
