Hey everyone, hopefully someone can help me with this. When I finish a TR workout and it syncs to Strava you get that nice blue workout graph, but when you use the Zwift integration, which is great, I get a very annoying image of a map on workouts which is incredibly useless and makes it hard to visually figure out what a workout was in the calendar view. Is there a way to do workouts in Zwift but get that nice blue graph both on TR and Strava? Thanks a lot.
Same topic, with a response from TR
I too would like this feature. Be great to see the type of workouts at a glance when scrolling through the calendar, as opposed to red line in a virtual ocean as per many zwift routes.
A map that really means virtually nothing, no pun intended lol
Welcome to the forum, @svignau! ![]()
This is good feedback! I’ll pass it along to the team. ![]()
Same here. Just started using the Zwift integration and I’m mostly happy with it, but this really annoys me. I get that it takes effort to get a workout graph that looks like workouts done with TR apps, but I wouldn’t even need that. I’d rather just see the associated workout graph as it is shown for upcoming workouts in the calendar. Anything but that map.
This is a really good point! Even just the workout without your personal performance on it would be better than a map in the middle of the ocean.
It could be really nice to get those meaningful blue graphs in the TR calendar when completed scheduled workouts in Zwift. my vote for this feature as well
@eddie is this on the todo, or is it not possible?
Agreed, I finally tried the Zwift integration the other day, was not a fan at all. Back to Zwift on PC & TR on tablet for me.
You’ve brought up one issue, but the other for me is how the workout is displayed, that sidebar on Zwift is no where NEAR as good as what TR does.
What don’t you like about it?
Yeah, I actually prefer the Zwift Sidebar where you can see the next several intervals and their targets.
I’d love to hear the “why” behind why they aren’t changing it. It can’t be difficult, so it has to be that they don’t agree and prefer the ocean view for some reason.
It might be a Zwift restriction.
I think that’s on the roadmap.. ![]()
We already added the data graph when hovering in the calendar, but adding the workout image would be nice.
It could be really nice. A feature I like with the blue “graph” is that if you click somewhere you can also see directly what the power was but ALSO what it was expected by the workout to be.

Really? Where you have to carefully read fairly-small numbers, rather than just glance at a shape? And where it only shows some of a workout, if there’s too many intervals to fit on the screen? Utter garbage in comparison to TR’s blue graph.
I like that Zwift puts all the information about the current and upcoming intervals on the edges of the screen instead of being front and center, so I can look at it if I want, instead of staring at a graph and a timer slowly ticking down. Makes hard intervals feel less interminable. Different strokes for different folks ![]()
$$$$$$ is why they aren’t changing it. Zwift probably wants the maps there to promote themselves and brand themselves and its all part of the negotiated agreement between TR and Zwift
Eh, if that were the case the map would show Watopia or whatever; there’s nothing about a map in the middle of the ocean that implies any promotion of Zwift. I think it’s simply an artifact that Zwift rides are treated like outside rides, and for outside rides defaulting to the map view is not an unreasonable decision, and due to engineering capacity or priorities they haven’t changed it.
Don’t agree. Like I said earlier. ![]()
