After 14 years, I’m out

So much this. So very much this. I think I could probably live with this new TR, if it had just been explained a little bit. But no: suddenly my FTP changes by 10 watts, the workouts I choose are replaced by something some AI insists on, etc, etc. There probably are ways to fix all of these things. Why though, when what I want to do is train, do I have to figure them out, instead of sitting on my bike???

Yeah I had the exact same issue, just kept lowering my ftp lower and lower- I selected an 8 week ftp builder plan as well, last I checked those plans are supposed to increase your ftp, not decrease it.

And yet it just kept giving me workouts that after competition just lowered my ftp.

I think I’m also going to jump ship after 8 years of TR. out of all my friends who ride and people I follow on Strava I’m the only one left using TR. Zwift and Rouvy have their own thing going for them, I get the feeling TR want to use AI to bolster their presence. Good luck to them.

I have yet to hear back from TR customer support for over 2 weeks…about an issue that keeps happening (completed workouts not generating surveys and app shutting down) and are VERY much aware of. So what other recourse do I have when their “incredible” customer support does nothing about it?

Have you turned off and restarted your device? Have you deleted the app and uploaded again? Is it happening across different devices or just one?

Yes and yes. And they just replied back minutes ago…(coincidence?) saying it’s an issue with many sprint workouts and are aware of this happening but no fix!
