Adjusting workout time for long rides outdoor

My question has been answered several times on the podcast, but I just can’t remember it.
So here we go:

How much % should I increase in my workout planned time when riding outdoor? Say, 3 hours ride indoor should be something like 4 hours outdoor?


I don’t remember a hard number, but something around 25% increase seems practical, in effort to account for possible coasting, stops, etc.
