I’ve had the opposite. I’m doing a high volume gravel plan (plus swimming, weights and a little running on the side). I nail the hard days, but sometimes the “easy” days feel hard b/c of accumulated fatigue. I’ve begged Skynet for mercy (putting “hard” and even “very hard” on the easy day surveys), but it always says…“No adaptations for you!!”. I still think it’s Chad sitting in a basement somewhere. He obviously is trying to kill me. It’s not paranoia if it’s true

I started my Full Tri Mid-Volume plan 5 weeks ago. I’ve mistakenly accepted some adaptations and now my training calendar looks like a mess - at some point, there was no long sessions for 4 straight weeks (in a full tri plan !) - max was like 2 hours endurance (it re-adapted though recently).
I’m comparing with the initial plan now, and I see that mine with the adaptations is like 50-100 TSS lower - mostly easy sessions. How is that possible ?
