Hi. I have a 65km rolling road race tomorrow morning as my C race and i just had 2 days off the bike. Is there a workout i can do today to warm my legs up prior to tomorrow? I was thinking of doing the Diamond Valley Road Race as a simulation. Your advice is much appreciated. Thanks!
It’s a C race by definition you do the workout in your plan. C races don’t generally deviate from the training. Just the same way you wouldnt prime for a group ride
