Sounds like the Ibis Ripley is your bike. Exactly my issue in Help with new XC bike decision - #27 by Dave. I’ve got a bigger bike (currently Santa Cruz Bronson, but I am very likely going to sell that for an Ibis Ripmo), so I’m trying to decide between the more trail oriented Ripley (likely a little too ‘close’ to the Ripmo to really justify owning both) and the more race oriented Norco Revolver (I don’t race much, but again, I already have the bigger bike).
