13 years since the rebirth of bicycle trials in the world

Dude! That is awesome. :open_mouth:

Totally forgot about that Pashley logo, love it. That was the late 90s early 00s bike to have (remember it being super expensive though). They seem to only make shopper / city bikes now.

It was Pashley or the blue and yellow Martyn Ashton Cannondale that everyone wanted:

That is soooo cool!

Im into the process of a possible addition of gesring ro my P.3 to give me the option of proper trials gearing and still have itnfor dirt jump duty.

I found a Sam Pilgrim vid where he made pretty much what i had in mind. Helps validate my goals in making an all-around play bike.

Some more old school trials, using as the fashion for broke 16 years repurposed dual slalom/jump hardtails with Kona P2 or C’dale forks.

That steel mesh the photographer had us all on at one point is a cap for a mine shaft! Oh to be young and dumb again, god only knows what the “responsible” adult was thinking suggesting it!

Nice to see although I may have a bigger budget these days and kit has improved (although I still have a soft spot for HS33 brakes) I still have falling off days!

That’s some great classic trials stuff

One of the best things I’ve realised that from the 4 people in the picture after 23 years I still ride with one of them regularly and 1 when I get back to Cornwall. Bikes are pretty good at making buddies.
