Apparently, the new Conti 5000 have two ratings -5,0 for hookless and more for hooked rims.
Dylan Johnston for example rode an entire gravel racing season (including DK200, Belgian Waffle etc) on Specialized Pathfinders Pro + ENVE SES 3.4 AR. I think I’ll be good.
