Zipp 303/2015 Venge

Hi All,

I wonder if anyone is running Zipp 303’s on a 2015 era Specialized Venge Expert? They are a very wide wheel and have some fitment issues on certain frames, including the similar era S Works MacLaren Venge. I’m putting together a 1x trainer/crit bike and have the offer of this frame but I can’t seem to find a list of bikes that have known fitment issues. Zipp’s website has an expired security certificate so I can’t access it I’m afraid.

Any help out there?!!!

I’ve run a couple of different sets of 404’s on my Venge and they’ve fitted perfectly without any problems.

Yeah, the 404s fit just fine as they are a couple mm narrower than the 303s👍

After a quick google search,

Product note: The rear 303 Firecrest may present some fitment issues for a small number of older road and triathlon frames, including 2012 Specialized Tarmac SL4 and Specialized S-Works McLaren Venge. The clearance between the chainstay and the rim may not be adequate to avoid contact between each other when ridden under load.
