What FTP Test Should I Do?

For info;

TR Ramp test = 360W;
5 min ramps based on 4mmol/L lactate = 340W
10 min MLSS = 340W (FasCat protocol)
Kolie Moore Baseline = 342W

So, for me, the Moore protocol corresponds nicely with blood markers - and more importantly, my perception of sustainable power (been doing this a long time and I can sense FTP quite accurately…).
