Well I got on this morning and straight away mine made a horrible crunching sound and felt like the chain had come off! I’ve logged a problem with them so it looks like I’ll be finding out about repair/service pretty soon myself.
I was impressed with the service. Got a range of times so I didn’t have to stay in all day. Identified the problem quickly. Put a new chain on, reminded me of a motorbike chain actually. And like someone mentioned before, I got a box of cleaning stuff included.
I’m happy with that. Hope it lasts for another couple of years now!
