Just curious if anyone has tried a road tubeless patch before? If so, what brand and are they light and thin so you don’t feel them as you’re riding? I used a Rema tip top vulcanizing patch for my MTB before with perfect results, but that seems overkill since it’s a tiny hole from a paneling nail in my road tire that does seal with just Stans. Thanks
I realize I’m not directly answering your question but I always use a Dynaplug or bacon strip. They’re far more convenient and reliable.
Do you use them for road tires?

Yes, I used them for road tires. I do make sure to cut off any excess that is sticking out but don’t think it matters.

Excellent. Thanks. What brand do you use for your road tires and MTB tires? And do you use the same brand for both?
I’ll second the success of Dynaplug for road.
I punctured a nearly new rear tire (Schwalbe Pro 1) 90 miles into a 200 mile day. The Stan’s didn’t quite seal enough, so I plugged it with the basic plug. I cut off most of the extra sticking out, but there was a nub left.
That plug lasted the rest of the life of that tire without issues.
