Trouble with Threshold workouts

Thank you Zackery, It is probably the ceiling with a bit of bad recovery from the stress the past few weeks…
After this week I have the Recovery week before entering the next phase, maybe a good idea to take some extra time off the bike…
For the rest I will keep my current FTP setting for the coming weeks and will work on TTE and not accepting new FTP’s the next 2 months, and see how it progresses…

The current plan is running until end of march, the idea was to build strenght (FTP) and endurance in higher zones (SST/Threshold/Vo2Max), so when the outdoor season starts I could lower the “hard” workouts and focus more on the long endurance rides (4-6h) that will help me get better for the event while maintaining/improving some strength for the climbing parts during the events,
