Training plan only has longest ride of 2 hrs

Not speaking for TR but the training philosophy seems to be geared toward a “minimum effective dose” approach. Personally I love TR, but don’t really jive with the plans. That said, some do really well with them. Gotta do what works for you.

Ultimately if you believe in what you are doing and enjoying it… you are going to get the most out of it. Steve Magness talked about this on his last podcast. People are different, gotta train the individual.
