You are locked in to the current (lower) price as long as you maintain the subscription.
i.e. You will be charged $99 in Jan 2019, and all future years (assuming that you leave the subscription in place and pay every year).

Very happy to continue being locked in at my Great (?) Grandfathered pricing of $89/yrâespecially with the cruddy CDN $ exchange rate.
@carlos if your monthly subscription is active, youâll stay on our old pricing of $12/month. Youâll be able to keep this pricing for as long as your membership stays active.
@mcneese.chad is right. Come January, your yearly plan will renew at your current $99 rate. Youâll keep this pricing for as long as you remain on your same plan and keep an active membership.
I already selected it, thanks.
Phew! Almost missed deadline because of travel, but managed to subscribe.
What happened?
My first time riding TR in a few weeks, and the ride did not upload to Strava, and when it did, it apparently was stripped of the heart rate data, and when I tried to download the ride, I got a âYou need to subscribe to enable thatâ, and I AM subscribed.
I was told ânothing would changeâ, and yet it appears that EVERYTHING has.
Where is my ride. Where is my data. What happened?
Everything changed, and Iâm still subscribed.
Have you emailed TR support?
Not yet.
I think it was Strava that complained about the missing heart rate data, but it appears that the data is there. I did have to manually sync the ride, and it seems that it did upload to Strava, but the âlogin to subscribeâ notice was weird. I AM subscribed. Do I have to login to get what I thought I had? And I was riding along thinking that I could dump Zwift and keep doing TR.
I DO have an account, and itâs currently logged in. The workout appears to have propagated through the various accounts I have and it all looks good. So what happened. Hmm⌠Strangeness to be sure.
Iâll try riding again tomorrow and see what happens. I was just not expecting that, or the Spanish inquisitionâŚ
EDIT: I got the subscription login after I clicked âDownloadâ in the Calendar entry for the workout. It appears to just require authentication as the file pops into downloads quickly. Just seems odd is all I guess. Wasnât expecting it to look/act like that. I think I need a vacationâŚ
Just did. I was shocked at the messages. Got a lot going on at the moment, and donât need more on top. Sounds like Iâm whining, and Iâm just bonky and anxious. Riding my trainer has been a salvation.
Iâm not sure if itâs still out there, but I know there was a hack where you could ride your trainer on Grand Theft Auto. Not sure if youâd have to pay a sub for that or itâs a one time purchase thing?
I had heard about that, but donât play computer games enough to make it something Iâd try. But I hear it was/is pretty crazy to do.
